Grilled Chicken

One of the things I love most about Young Living is their Vitality line. It allows me to combine my two loves of food and oils! Add in the fact that Mr. B gets to grill, little B gets to play outside, and you have one happy family. Bonus, because it tastes great too!

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 chicken legs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 5-6 drops Young Living Lemon Vitality essential oil

Directions:

  1. Combined all ingredients in a large storage bag and let marinate for 30 minutes up to overnight.
  2. Heat grill to medium to medium high heat. Cook over direct heat, turning occasionally, about 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
